Thousand Hills Company is a creator of new home communities. Launched by a team of lifelong friends with vast experience in real estate, investing, entrepreneurship and venture capital, Thousand Hills Co began with a single community in March 2020. Today its portfolio features more than a dozen communities with a pipeline of 1,000+ homesites across 450 acres throughout the Greater Chattanooga Area. And we are just getting started!

This position will work directly with the principals as part of a small, cohesive team. Thousand Hills Co is a brand representing a family of companies across various categories within the real estate industry including a real estate investment fund, a management company, a real estate holding company, a civil engineering company and more.
