Thousand Hills Company is a creator of new home communities. Launched by a team of lifelong friends with vast experience in real estate, investing, entrepreneurship and venture capital, Thousand Hills Co began with a single community in March 2020. Today its portfolio features more than a dozen communities with a pipeline of 1,000+ homesites across over 1000 acres throughout the Greater Chattanooga Area. And we are just getting started!
We envision our work as a restorative effort between people and this beautiful planet, allowing the human spirit to thrive and connect with others and the land around it. Our communities are far more than simply homesites, streets and sidewalks; they are invitations to flourish and become who we truly are.
We approach development as an act of stewardship, combining experience with artistry to create communities that value the land and human experience. Our mission is to recognize and preserve the uniqueness and natural beauty of each piece of land while developing its accessibility and livability so that more residents can enjoy its benefits for generations to come. We treat landowners, investors, homebuilders, and neighbors with respect and honesty, building relationships in ways that are unique in real estate development. With thoughtfulness and intention, we approach our work with the next one hundred years in mind…and we hope you will too!
